We only supply produs that has been raised, grown and produced under sympathetic and balanced conditions to the environment and the things themselves.

To assure this ouer meat is sourced exlusively from two farms in North Somerset. Dany And Rex Baker owns and runs the 100 year old abattoi that processes the animals. This partner ship guarantees that live stock travel a very short distance to where they are dealt with in a traditional and human way. This set up provides the highest form of animal husbandry and traceability.

The salmon  We supply is from loch duart in Scotland where they promote low density fish farming, produsing lean fit fish and can be supplied fresh or smoked in Chew Magna by Barnaby Peterkin. The cod, Haddock, Ling, Pollock and Coley are Norwegian line caught fish. Other seasonal sea foods are available either diver caught Plaice and shell fish or seine netted pelagic species We onlly supply fish from know, well managed systems.

The vegetables, salads and herbs are grown at ouer farm/market garden Pill, North Somerset and sourced from the local network of growers and suppliers in the area which We supported for over 20 years     

The "local food movment" is important to from collaborative efforts to build more Locally based and self-reliant farms, market gardens and suppliers that will benefit the regional economy and the futher of farming which in turn will give us some food security in the present global market
